Dr. Pratibha Phadke-Gupta is a research scientist by profession, but deep in her heart, she is extremely passionate about promoting arts and culture. She is the founder of A3P Connections LLC, an entertainment and event management company based in Dayton, Ohio, USA, which is owned by her son Aditya Phadke. She is also a singer, lyricist and she loves to write poetry.

Pratibha has been Past President of India Club of Greater Dayton (ICGD) and has conducted many community-related events such as Indian Mela, Diwali, Holi, Classical Dance programs, Dayton Hindu Temple events, Hum Saaz Hum Awaaz successfully. As the Past President, she also has interacted with various city Mayors, Governor of Ohio and other high officials. She currently serves on the board of Dayton Hindu Temple.

Pratibha holds a PhD in Biochemistry and is an Associate Professor in Food, Nutrition, and Health in a major university in Ohio.  She also serves as CEO of Optimal Health Consulting LLC, Ohio, a company that is focused on personalized health and weight management plans based on genomes of the body called Nutrigenomics.
